innocent makes smoothies and juices, and its own factory in Rotterdam, the blender, now produces most of its drinks. Fresh Trading Limited, the group's holding company, was incorporated in 1999 under the name Naked Products Ltd. Its accounts name The Coca-Cola Company as its ultimate parent company.
The group had an average of 825 employees and £466.1 million turnover in 2024; both are unaudited group figures from Fresh Trading's own annual report.

innocent's footprint was 232,810 tCO2e in 2025, mostly from its supply chain, and BSI verified it. That is up from 228,146 t in 2022, as production moved into its own Rotterdam factory. Solar panels supply about 7% of the factory's electricity; the rest is a renewable grid tariff. Its targets are Scope 1 and 2 to zero by 2030 and Scope 3 down 50% per litre, an intensity target; SBTi validation could not be confirmed. Its £1m Farmer Innovation Fund backs low-carbon farming, but it publishes no water use figures. In 2022 the ASA upheld 26 complaints that its 'Little Drinks, Big Dreams' ads misleadingly implied buying its drinks helped the environment.
